Charged with doubling traffic and sales for e.l.f Cosmetics' Australian online shop on a small budget we developed a 3 year integrated Marketing Plan, conceived a new creative concept (ELF ANGELS) and oversaw the execution of a through-the-line marketing, digital (Facebook advertising, SEO, YouTube, Online Magazine Advertising, Google Adwords), social media and PR campaigns informed by database, purchasing and social media analytics.
Results have seen web traffic increase from 25,000 to 45,000+ and 236 new Twitter followers in one month; Organic listings moving from 10+ position to maintain within the top 5; 20 media clippings within six weeks, and sales that more than doubled from $16,570 to $35,000 - up 28% on the same time last year. We were then asked to pitch for, and secured another online shop the business owns.
Shire of Moorabool - Feast of March
We were charged to develop brand, messaging, creative, attract and manage event organisers and drive people to 18 family fun events across 5 villages in the Shire of Moorabool for its annual Feast of March.
Our campaign saw national press, state-wide direct marketing, social media audience increases by 240% and thousands at festival events.
Yarra Trams Spring Fling
Challenge - Show local councils, event organisers and key stakeholders that driving trams directly through street festivals is safe, effective and fun.
Solution - We produced at 4.5 minute video, including animation, vox pops and time-lapse showcasing the FIRST time trams had driven through a Festival.
We were charged with bringing a concept to life - Connect consumers with aged care providers in their language through a website.
In 12 weeks we developed a sales plan and oversaw the creation sales collateral including: a brand, animated sales video and stationary.
During that time we launched the concept to the industry and signed 8 major providers including: Australian Unity, AMCS, Blue Cross, Dutchcare, Jewish Care, Kalyna Care and Martin Luther Homes.
